Poetry for Neanderthals Party Game by Exploding Kittens Brand, Ages 7 and up, 2+ Players (Walmart Exclusive)

This game is really fun, but be careful ordering from third party sellers. I ordered from Lakeside Shipper and they sent me the original version with 200 cards instead of the walmart version with 300 cards as this listing shows (it looks completely different as the original box is a horizontal design). I sent them a message 10 days ago and have not heard a response. I don't see an option to leave a review for them. Walmart also shows the price and says "Free Shipping" but then when I go to checkout it tells me it's not free shipping. Deceptive.

Walmart offers a massively wide selection at excellent prices. I found this great game on their website and it shipped in no time ahead of Christmas 🤶

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sat around the table with family playing this game and had just a side busting good time. The concept of having to use one syllable words to try to describe a word for your team to guess correctly. And the inflatable club bonking your opponents on the head for slipping up and using two syllable words or saying the word. It's an incredibly fun game that I would highly recommend to anyone to play.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 13-year-old daughter brought this game to a sleepover with five of her friends, and she said they all absolutely loved it. They played for hours! All the girls are avid readers and really enjoyed the "Poetry for Neanderthals" part of the game, where you have to guess a word based on one-syllable clues. If someone guesses wrong, they get playfully whacked with the inflatable stick (included). This fun and creative word game is made by Exploding Kittens, and the concept is simple: “Speak Good or Get Hit with Stick.” The game comes with playing cards, score trackers placemats, a sand timer, an inflatable club, and even a patch kit for any accidental damage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fun game for the family! My 11-year-old daughter and I played it and she was laughing so much! We're looking forward to getting the rest of the family involved. She also agreed it would be a great game to play with their friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fun game for at least 4 players. It says 2 or more, but I do think it's a lot more fun with more players. Once you get the hang of it, it provides lots of fun and laughter. It is now one of our go to games on game night. I love that it's packed in a small box and it really makes you think!

Box came with a dent in it, but I still gifted to my 8 year old nephew. Should be a fun word game for kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thought this would be a fun game to play on game night. The kids loved the no stick. My youngest did not like the actual game at all just the no stick. My oldest loved it though. It was different. Not sure how much we will play it. But I would still recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this very quick! Kids were excited about the blow up club lol! It's a great game for anyone really and it's fun to watch how people react when they can't say a word and finding ways to explain things!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this game for free from Sam's Club to review. This is a very fun game and the rules aren't complicated. It says you can play with 2+ players but I don't understand how you would do that since you need teams. We played with two teams and 2 players on each. You have to get your team to say the word on your card using only 1 syllable words. If you use a word with more than one syllable the other team gets to hit you with the inflatable stick. It's a fun game!
