fast delivery came with blower haven't set it up yet the wetaher hasn't been nice enough but came very well packaged

Damaged %26 they won’t give me a refund
The product came in damaged and would not hold air. Other than that, it was a nice size product. Upon returning the item, it has been a month and I still have not received my refund. I have called customer service 7 times now and have gotten a run around. I have given them the tracking information every time showing it was indeed returned and they keep promising me my refund in 24-48 hours….with no refund STILL over a month later. Customer service has been horrible!!! I would not recommend buying this product because if for some reason you have to return it, you will not get a refund! And this is a very expensive item.

Did not last
I only used it 3 times and it already has a hole. I have a 7 year old and 3 year old, now it is too late to return. now I have to find a place where they can repair it for me
