Unfortunately due to the weather My daughter hasn't been able to play with this yet. My review doesn't so much reflect the product as much as it does with what happened with my payment. Customer service was great in setting up and finding something that worked for my application. When my payment was processed the invoice I received was for someone else and I had informed them that I did not receive my invoice only that of someone else that bought a tent. Not a huge deal but still never got my invoice. The real problem lies with the payment processor. I was charged twice, as soon as I saw the double charge process I contacted a customer service rep and he was very responsive. I had called a couple times and said my statement was coming up and I really didn't want to process two payments for one slide, I understand mistakes happen but I was left in the dark by the company, putting the blame on the processor. I had to file a claim through my bank as a dispute since almost a week and gone by and had not heard anything from customer service as far as the status of the return nor any contact from the wink processor. Other than that everything else was wonderful and hoping the slide is great and my daughter gets many years out of it. The double charge understandably was an accident but not having any urgency when I tried to let them handle it before I had to put a dispute in was the most frustrating part of my experience.
