I like the small size and use on my face when I have a headache or sinus pain and congestion. The battery that came with it was cheap and had little charge . So far it's doing exactly what I want it to. You can't beat the price.

Worked really well… for 3-1/2 weeks, then never worked again. Changed batteries way too many times - that wasn't it. I believe its motor windings must've shorted out. Won't buy again. Wa$te! . . . . (Still looks brand new.)

Something so simple and yet so hard to use-- had gotten this for my wife for her treatment due to her throat cancer and wouldn't you know it, it didn't work, the switch was broken and it would run, so I returned it, thinking that taking it to Walmart returns would expidite to return, WRONG, it has now been two months and still nothing. Good thing there are other products on the market that we could depend on. But maybe, just maybe we might get a refund and never have to deal with this company again.
