I was very pleased with how they stayed in place even when worn for a long period of time. They are small and easy to fit into a pocket or purse. I love that they are long too.

I can now wear a "level 2"! I didn't have any issues with the pads themselves or their wrapping. The thickness was good.. not diaper thick or liner thin. I felt like I was safe if a cough or sneeze snuck up. And no leaks yet! My only issue is the size. I wear S/M panties and these felt too wide and too long. Having it placed correctly to wear I felt I would have good coverage the front was all the way to the top front of my panties! I've used other types of Poise and even other brands and these were ones that are just too big for me. But on performance they get an A+,if the bulky long feeling doesn't bother you give these a go they work!
