I've tried every product I could find for my over active bladder and nothing I've found comes close to Poise for fit, absorbency, the whole package you look for in such products. I've never had a failure unless it was because i couldn't change a pad quickly enough. With this product And a implanted device that Gives me a little (or stronger) vibration to remind me my bladder is in need of attention. It has freed me from constantly worrying about accidents or leakage

I suffer with incontinence %26 obviously can not do long trips anymore due to that fact. This product is the closest I've come to finding anything that remotely holds up in case I can't get to a restroom fast enough. Hasn't solved my side leak problem but nothing has so I don't blame the product. It absorbs quickly %26 holds a lot. Best anyone can do. Never had an infection of any kind from use. Controls the odor completely. If you are a heavy set woman like me I recommend giving it a try. Price is comparable to other brands.

I have purchased these pads for several years. I haven't tried any others because pads are so expensive and if you don't like the new kind your stuck with them. I do wish they were sticker up front and the made them in regular length instead of long

The thing I rely on

vera May 24, 2026

This item was comfortable the right length and the price was reasonable, but my problem was that it was advertise as extra absorbent no leaks. I didn't find it to be that. If I was near a facility. I was fine, but if I was out and about and had to wait, it wasn't a leak proof product

Does not absorb quickly. If on your way to the bathroom when your bladder quit holding, urine flows from the back of the pad onto your clothing and floor as you are seated on toilet. Not unusual for pad to fold or twist when wearing , effecting absorbency and also irritating skin, That said, I have truly never found a pad that offers the protection needed , not to mention is affordable especially when needing to be changed 3-5 times a day.

It's the best I can find

Becky June 9, 2026

Unfortunately poise has changed their product over the years and the amount of leakage increases along with my deteriorating condition— overflow and urge incontinence. It would be better for me if the rate of and spread of absorption was faster so leakage from the sides would no longer happen. Still, poise is the best brand I've found so far.

Very thick

Dmro June 20, 2026

I haven't worn pads for over 30 years so getting used to the thickness of these is really hard. I've always had a hard time with wearing pads but these are just a little bit too much for me. I am going to try the flex ones next and hopefully they will work. Incontinence underwear is not working anymore.

Please check who you hire for packaging anddeliver

Debra May 17, 2026

The item described is exactly what I ordered for my situation at hand. The packaging was a Joke: placed in a large box that was printed “fragile” : inside several feet of paper rolled up to “cushion” the soft item. 😂 😂 😂: but the joke was on whoever for I use the paper for the bottom of my finch cages and was just what I needed. BUT too bad on whoever did this joke: for the company has to pay for the extra packaging and paper. In the long run makes the prices go up.

Awful just awful

Karen May 18, 2026

They left the pads across the road on our neighbors porch with no outer packaging. They just put a sticker on it with my name on it! I thought Walmart was better than that. Then when I complained they said they were giving me a $5 credit! What the heck

Very bulky and too wide, so the pad bunches up and I feel like it's visible to anyone who happens to be behind me. Worse, every unexpected (or expected) squirt winds up in your clothes, not the pad, while the pad itself remains almost dry. The adhesive doesn't reach all the way to the ends, so they fold up on themselves, especially in the back. Disposal is inconvenient. I keep a roll of scotch tape in a drawer by the toilet so I can roll up the used pad in the new pad's wrapper. Will not buy again.
