I am an active person. Thus my pad moves around, which is not good. I have tried so many and have concluded that the Poise 3 drop is the most comfortable and wth the wings to fasten to my underwear, they have less movement and as the saying goes.' ‘ I don't get my panties in a wad', 😆. You almost never know that you're wearing one and it stays securely in place the whole time that you are wearing it. There is no odor, and the pad never leaks. The extra gush absorbing works well for any heavy unexpected leak.

The adhesive is super strong so they stay put! Holds a decient amount. Would recomend for accidental leakage.

The regular size length of the pad covered the area that I needed it to on my panties, it was just the right size! The “3 drop” is for light bursts. These light bursts are usually what I have during the daytime these days. The Poise pad kept me dry and it controlled odor.
