I had gotten a different ice maker and wasn't happy with it. I needed to try another one and I'm glad I chose this one. The nugget ice is great and this machine starts making ice quickly. This machine also takes up less space than the previous machine, so that's another plus.

This ice machine makes the perfect little ice nuggets. I love them to chew on and also, these nuggets are great for making smoothies. There are no ice chuckle and it creates a smoother smoothie texture. A huge plus is that there is a magnetic ice scoop holder. I couldn't be happier with my ice machine!

It's the perfect size. It's not too big that it takes up all counter space and it's not so tiny that it barely makes ice. I love how fast and functional it is. I used to spend so much money buying ice daily. Now I just fill it up with water and wait a couple minutes for it to turn into ice. The best part is that it creates nugget ice! My drinks taste sooo much more refreshing with nugget ice. It comes with its own little shovel so you don't have to go digging your hands in it.

Machine basically requires no assembly out of the box. Love the self cleaning feature. Just a couple of complaints overall. Machine often shuts off and you have to pull ice down for it to start again. Also, seems to be a little slow in making the ice. Overall, i like the machine and will use it often, just a fee kinks to work out.

love the ice! machine is quiet. annoying it backs up due to design of ice dropping into basket. need to be near to move ice out of drop zone. if big ice user as I am, not the best choice

I've never had a countertop ice maker, so I have nothing to compare this to. It's a pretty handy little machine and makes ice quickly and in a great size. My husband likes to chew ice and I don't like him doing it lol so these are smaller cubes for crunching. It starts making ice quickly but the beginning is a little slushy. It's fairly heavy because it has a compressor in it so it needs to sit on a sturdy surface. Overall we are enjoying it!

This item does not make a full container of ice. You barely get a quarter bucket and the ice gets stuck as it's coming out and stops making the ice.

It barely makes size it melts as fast as it makes it. I would never purchase this again not even if it was $20.

Does not make nuggets. Just ice shards. Will be returning.
