Did not arrive new
Item came resealed... it had 2 layers of plastic around it. 1st layer was ripped in different areas. Box was also pretty beat up in some areas and looked extremely old.

Opened and resealed
Bought this on Walmart and when we opened it up there were on 7 packs and about 5 cards per pack they resealed the shrink wrap and I'm guessing returned or sold this item! This is ridiculous!
