Great Spinoff!
I loved the pokemon show growing up, and have played several of the other games - Emerald, Sapphire, Diamond, Pearl. However, this game is such a nice departure! You get to be Pikachu, or Mudkip, etc, and explore the worlds as a Pokemon. Great game play, very VERY addictive!

The game is challenging for a 7 years old but the instructions were quite helpful.

Overall near perfect
I personally think that the graphics in this game are superb for the DS. I would also like to say that the storyline has a few awkward scenes. But basically this game is overall near perfect.

Tricky
This game certainly has a particular level of difficulty to it. It's not at all similar in the way it controls as compared to Mystery Dungeon Red.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon
The game has a tendancy to freeze upon occasion and sometimes the "catching" of a pokemon can be difficult as the 'wand' in the program brakes to often/easily.
