At first he just thought it was a statue but after looking some more he realized it was a light too! He immediately took it out of the box and had it light up. It is made really well and I believe it will last him a really long time. Super easy to set up and turn on. It looks really cool lite up in a semi dark room. Definitely a great gift for anyone who loves pokemon!

The detail and quality of the statue are great and my son loves that it lights up in random patterns. It is bright enough to act as a night light as long as you're ok with the flashing patterns. The batteries last about a month with normal use where it may be on all night a few times a month and when friends come over to play. The statue is not heavy at all and the base is wide so it won't fall over. My son has loved this statue in his room and it will make any Pokemon fan happy to have.

One of the lightning pieces was broke off inside the box. The box and packaging were in great shape and had no physical damage. This Pokémon collector statue is just that, a collector item, and a pretty cool one at that!!! I do not recommend it for use as a toy though.

It was bigger than I expected - I didn't expect it to be this big even though it does said deluxe. However, the lights in the ball were very anticlimatic. Not only does it take 3 batteries, the color is also dull and not much to look at. It also the only thing that all those batteries are used for so that was disappointing.

This was packaged well, it took some time to unpackage with all the ties but at least it was packed securely. It was all in one piece, there was nothing to put together but add batteries which it did not come with. We set it on my son's dresser and it looks really nice. There is a power button to turn it on or off. I only wish there was a plug or a timer because the batteries will die quickly unless it's turned off. I know my son forgets to turn it off at night. Otherwise, its a pretty cool toy that looks great in the dark. It's not super bright but it's fun to look at.

We placed it on the dining room table for everyone to see and admire. The statue is a perfect size and a good item to show off. Make sure you have some batteries to place in the Pokémon - Deluxe Collector Statue and enjoy the light show. My only issue was it doesn't light up the entire statue.

When we received the item box was damaged and when my daughter pulled the pikachu out some of the lightning plastic parts were broken off

My item came broke and they denied to me my refund it was a bad experience
