Pokemon Scarlet & Violet 8.5 Prismatic Evolutions Poster Collection

I bought three of these after missing out on the ETB presales. The products came in prestine condition with no blemishes. I was even so lucky to pull the Umbreon EX!

Where do I start with this one, issue after issue with Walmart. Will not trust Walmart with any pre orders going forward. Period. Product originally had incorrect pictures, it had images of the elite trainer box with a price of $38. I decided to order as this product had a pre-order price guarantee either way so I assumed if it was actually the poster box as labeled I would get it for the $15-16 MSRP. Once the images were fixed and the price lowered to MSRP I notified customer service, they said the price would be adjusted automatically or I should contact support again after it was delivered. Guess what? The price was not adjusted, the items shipped, and I was charged $38. I contacted support again, and they informed me there was absolutely nothing they can do since this is a non returnable and non refundable item. I escalated to support management, nobody seemed to understand what the pre order price guarantee meant. They told me to dispute it with my bank and offered me $15 Walmart credit which I declined.

When preordering this item, it clearly shows an ETB box up through receiving it. With this being new product I had to rely on the photo and the name was cut off stating it was a poster box. This was sold under false pretenses, and my other order was cancelled for no reason, and I was told that nothing could be done even though I tried everything to ensure that wouldn't happen. Will not be buying anything Pokémon related from Walmart.

Scammed like all the others people in the comments. I have reached out to Walmart several different times they have been ignoring me, one of the customer service agents even attempted to mock metelling me about his family and how he had to work 14 hours straight to feed his family and he would be working hard to fix my problem. This is probably the worst customer experience I have ever had they have lost me and my family as customers.

Was shown a picture of Elite Trainer Box, but it's an overpriced poster collection. Big mistake on my part for not reading the description before I ordered them, and I cant return it, so live and learn.

Listed as “sold by walmart” but charged $40 for a poster bundle with a photo of an etb attached. How did this scam get listed as a 1st party walmart sale??

Pre-order Price Guarantee is a scam. The price lowered 2 days after purchase; contacted customer service via chat saying I'd reimbursed when the product ships. Well that didn't happen.

Been a Walmart customer for years. Absolutely disgusted by the bait %26 switch and by way I was treated. Good bye Walmart. Original product listing showed a white box at the price of $38.83. Notice that it’s sold by Walmart and it comes with “Preorder Price Guarantee” The Preorder Price Guarantee states that if the product (sold by Walmart) goes down in price between the time the order was completed and the time the item is shipped, Walmart will honor the lower price The very next day, Walmart changes the item picture and adjusts price to $15.96. Notice it’s still sold by Walmart, and shows the original price as $38.83. The Preorder Price Guarantee still applies. The customers who purchased the item were never notified of the listing change. In my order history, I still see the old product image. Fast forward to Jan 17th, I received the shipments. To my dismay, 1) I received the different product than I anticipated and 2) I was charged at the higher price point. I feel betrayed by Walmart for the misleading listing and for not honoring the Preorder Price Guarantee. When I reached out to Walmart Customer support, they would open a case with the promise to contact me back with updates. However, every time I follow up, it seems the no such cases exist and I have to start over again. At this point, I am very frustrated and fed up with Walmart support.

Walmart scam, item was incorrectly priced, and was priced correctly a few minutes after my preorder. There's a clear preorder price guarantee policy that should readjust the price but was never applied. Talked to several agents and they all acted that they never heard of it even though it is literally in the products page but then they conveniently took the product down and claim they cant look it up or do anything....

Incredibly overpriced. Only picked a couple up because the market for pokemon is crazy and seeing them in stock is quite rare. Should have bought off ebay as it was 20-30$ cheaper with or without shipping cost.
