Pokemon Scarlet & Violet - Prismatic Evolutions Elite Trainer Box

Was not expecting much, but got a great surprise. I had opened about 100 packs of Prismatic in search of the Umbreon. I ordered from here and in the last pack in the box got the banger!

I wish I could give this zero stars. Hands down the worst Pokemon experience I’ve had. Not only had the packs clearly been opened and resealed, the INSIDE of the box was massively damaged, which I’d honestly never even seen before. It was so clear this box had been opened and manhandled, and the packs had not only clearly been opened and resealed, every single one had like 6 trainer cards and ZERO cards of any value. This was a horrible experience to the point that I requested a charge back through my credit card company. Absolutely do not do business with this seller and avoid Walmart for anything pokemon related. What an absolute scam that a company that made $600 billion last year would allow this to happen. Shame on your Walmart.

Item was cut open and damaged, packs were missing, packs that were in it were clearly as others had said were resealed. Thought I was getting a good deal after saving up for a while to buy these and I guess that was a lie, should of read the reviews 🙃

Unfortunately packs came open or tampered with. First pack I took out was opened and the second one I gave to my partner was half trainer cards. Walmart apparently doesn’t do returns or refunds for trading cards, so buyer beware. Sad day for a fun hobby.

I spent over $600 on prismatic ETBs and was missing dice in two of the boxes. Everything in the boxes was shifted around. I pulled all of the same cards and all there was was a couple regular rares. Opened 45 packs with not a single SIR. I was extremely disappointed and upset about being scammed. I should have done more research. I thought I was buying from wal mart.

Ordered 2 one for each of my kids for their birthday. Got an email that they both had been delivered so I kept the box closed until time to wrap - opened the box and found 1. Contacted customer support who said “give it one more day”. Next day nothing came - never received it - they refunded my money - and one kid had a present.

This seller had open packs that were slightly open at the top. My guess "resealed" and please I do not recommend promoting them anymore. They are terrible with shipping service and other criteria motives who ever rates them or buys from them I wish they can leave more poor reviews.

Bought this by mistake and seller wont answer any of my requests. I requested a cancellation literally less that 10 MINS of this transaction happening, contacted walmart for support, and NOTHING. They ignored my cancellation request and proceed with the order. Item arrived, i tried to make a return/refund the same day, no answers from this third party vendor. Customer service? -100/100. Over priced and lack of customer service. Walmart nowadays let anyone sells in here and thats sad!

Walmart likes to steal peoples money. they havent processed my refund in ocer A month and i have inquired 5 times or more about it. and the one item the refunded an incorrect amount. watch your bank account when dealing with Walmart. the one agent told me my card wasnt safe and to remove it because they were having issues sith their system.

Product marked up 100% and then marked down 10% and advertised as the latter. You do not purchase this retail from Walmart, but an independent seller similar to Amazon. Walmart offered zero protection and told me I was stuck with it. My opinion of Walmart has suffered. Buyer beware.
