Pokemon Scarlet & Violet - Prismatic Evolutions Elite Trainer Box

Was not expecting much, but got a great surprise. I had opened about 100 packs of Prismatic in search of the Umbreon. I ordered from here and in the last pack in the box got the banger!

Item was cut open and damaged, packs were missing, packs that were in it were clearly as others had said were resealed. Thought I was getting a good deal after saving up for a while to buy these and I guess that was a lie, should of read the reviews 🙃

Got this for a personal sealed collection and the box showed up dented in a corner and the plastic torn in several spots. For the price paid above msrp I would expect better care and handling of the item

I received my package with no packing paper or bubble wrap whatsoever. I also received my item over a WEEK LATE. My ETB was just put in a HUGE box and shipped. My Etb was bouncing all over the place. I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. Do NOT order from this vendor if you want to receive your product in good condition. 👎

First off, the order was delayed and delivered late. Second off, the elite trainer box appears to have been tampered with and resealed. The box only has 8 booster packs, compared to 9 packs in a factory sealed box. I looked at the sellers reviews after the fact and this seems to be a common occurrence. Buyer beware and Walmart you should be ashamed and do a better job vetting your sellers. Since it’s now open, it cannot be returned. I’m highly disappointed and will not shop at Walmart anymore.

Stated 'sold and shippex by walmart' for 80 dollars, contacted support, and they said,'we'll adjust once it ships.' I contacted once it shipped, and they said 'it must be delivered before adjustments'. Now that it got here, they made me wait 10 days, then finally told me "sorry we can't adjust, oh, and you can't return it now since its been delivered. But were sorry that those 4 agents were misinformed" completely unethical and shady practices.

Box arrived damaged so I reached out to to customer service. They said they’d refund me and I could keep the box. Checked weeks later and they never refunded me so I called back. They said this item is not eligible for return or refund?? They never called to tell me that they changed their mind and I am now stuck with a damaged box that I paid above MSRP for. I am disputing with my credit card company so we’ll see, but shame on a big store like Walmart for this. Absolute disgusting behavior. Every store in the country would allow a refund/return for a damaged item that you bought brand new. This feels scammy and illegal.

This seller had open packs that were slightly open at the top. My guess "resealed" and please I do not recommend promoting them anymore. They are terrible with shipping service and other criteria motives who ever rates them or buys from them I wish they can leave more poor reviews.

GT collectible and Toys fulfilled this order and provided resealed Prismatic Evolutions elite trainer boxes. All signs were present including packs which had signs of glue, were resealed improperly (the wrapper on the back was over lapping so the silver part of the wrapping was over exposed over the printed wrapper). I took the risk when they placed the etbs on the marked $10 over MSRP two months ago. Now I’m out over $700 since I purchased 12. To anyone else who has been scammed in the same manner, I would like to take legal action in a class action manner. Walmart considers GT collectibles a “reputable third party” but that’s far from the truth. I can’t even begin to wonder how many others were scammed.

Every single pack was slightly opened or extremely easy to open. They had clearly been resealed. Don’t buy from this seller and it’s a shame that Walmart even lets these people on their website. Payed well over MSRP which is such a scam.
