Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Prismatic Evolutions Surprise Box

Package came damaged. Looks like the product was opened and resealed. I was hoping to receive a new unsealed product but it definitely was not.

Don't buy off this third party, they sent me a prismatic evolution suprise box (pokemon tcg) resealed! The crazy part is when I opened the box the booster packs all had little holes at the top and looked like they had been opened and resealed! Big DISSAPOINTMENT, thanks to walmart though I filed a disupte... but 1 star to the seller.

I ordered the Pokemon Trading Card Games Scarlett %26 Violet 8.5 Prismatic Evolutions Surprise Box through Walmart. This item was on sale and my grandson really was excited. The surprise box was quite the surprise because the package arrived open without the Pokemon cards (see attached photos). My 9 year old grandson was devastated and sad. Walmart is claiming no responsibility and is not wiling to help me because they claim that the seller PokeMart is responsible. Either one of two things happened: the box was empty when shipped which is a scam by PokeMart or the shipping company opened the package and stole the cards. Either way, no one is taking responsibility and Walmart will not stand by their reputation or protect the consumer. Most people cannot afford to throw away money. This so called purchase has caused a lot of aggravation and loss of time for my son who went to Walmart and was told there was nothing they can do. I have spent more time than I can afford and I am hoping for a positive outcome.

The vendor tried to rewrap the box but it was apperant the box was opened prior to being shipped, the plactic wrap around the box was not factory wrapping! four packs inside seem legit but the foil promo card which was Eevee Ex seemed to have been tampered with as the packaging looked reheated because it was double sealed!! total scam, this vendor is obviously a scalper.

I ordered and try to cancel my order within 10 minutes of ordering because of who the 3rd party seller was. This was already overpriced but to be scammed on top was depressing (these retail for 23). Walmart still processed my order 4 hours after I had requested the cancellation. The product came very clearly resealed. Not factory plastic wrap and the box ripped already (inside the resealed plastic wrap). Packs were WAY too easy open, cards basically fell out of the sleeve. Chat representative said they’d process a refund just to get me to go away and it’s been crickets since. DO NOT BUY any Pokemon through Walmart unless you are physically in store. I don’t understand how or why Walmart allows scammers on their platform.

I would recommend this if this is fixed. We opened a surprise box and we did not get all the product we purchased. Only 3 packs in surprise box. Wondering how to get this fixed considering how much we paid. Some feedback as soon as possible would be nice. Thanks Joshua

My box was already open. Every single Pokémon card was opened, all the cards that were holographic or foil were removed and only left with the basic cards. Whoever opened it previous also took the promo card. Super super super disappointed

You could tell the box had been reopened and resealed. Everything inside the box was everywhere and the part that holds the card was torn. Total scam.

Cards were fake everything was off . Package was super cheap quality. Colors were off also front %26 back were not even right side it was upside down. Would not recommend will be asking for my money back.
