Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Prismatic Evolutions Surprise Box

Only buy this if you get it at mrsp which is about $30 or so. Do not pay more than that. There are sellers on here price gouging you after they bought it elsewhere or got from a distributor for much cheaper. If you buy it only buy from Walmart not any other seller or your paying three times what it’s worth.

Got this for my 12-year-old son. He loved it and was so excited to get them!! We were having a REALLY hard time finding ANY Pokémon cards in the stores, so we decided to look online. I saw a bad review or 2 which was making me nervous. But we received all of the packs as stated with no signs of being opened and resealed. I inspected everything very well and it was all great! He got a few really good new cards that he was thrilled about.

The box and everything was in great condition. Sure i’ve read the description of how it comes with 4 booster packs, 4 tabs and one guaranteed EX, though for the price? Definitely not worth it. I’m still experiencing this whole card collection, and for beginners like me, would not recommend getting this. Big box, 4 packs for 65?

I never received my package. FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. Then I was told numerous times that I was wrong so I never got my money back. Also nobody from Walmart nor FedEx has contacted me about any of it. So as far as I know this is a SCAM.

Upon receiving the box, the boosters were all loose inside and the spot where they are held in was torn. The plastic wrap is not official wrap for pokemon sealed items. I would have to assume this box was re-sealed. They probably are looking for the hit promo cards, jolteon not being it.

I ordered the Pokemon Trading Card Games Scarlett %26 Violet 8.5 Prismatic Evolutions Surprise Box through Walmart. This item was on sale and my grandson really was excited. The surprise box was quite the surprise because the package arrived open without the Pokemon cards (see attached photos). My 9 year old grandson was devastated and sad. Walmart is claiming no responsibility and is not wiling to help me because they claim that the seller PokeMart is responsible. Either one of two things happened: the box was empty when shipped which is a scam by PokeMart or the shipping company opened the package and stole the cards. Either way, no one is taking responsibility and Walmart will not stand by their reputation or protect the consumer. Most people cannot afford to throw away money. This so called purchase has caused a lot of aggravation and loss of time for my son who went to Walmart and was told there was nothing they can do. I have spent more time than I can afford and I am hoping for a positive outcome.

I ordered and try to cancel my order within 10 minutes of ordering because of who the 3rd party seller was. This was already overpriced but to be scammed on top was depressing (these retail for 23). Walmart still processed my order 4 hours after I had requested the cancellation. The product came very clearly resealed. Not factory plastic wrap and the box ripped already (inside the resealed plastic wrap). Packs were WAY too easy open, cards basically fell out of the sleeve. Chat representative said they’d process a refund just to get me to go away and it’s been crickets since. DO NOT BUY any Pokemon through Walmart unless you are physically in store. I don’t understand how or why Walmart allows scammers on their platform.

Packs had air pockets on the bottom of each pack, which can be a sign of reseal. Cards don't usually move much in packs with factory seal. Didn't get any pills, but at least I received the promo card. Spent some money on this and got scammed. Avoid buying pokemon cards from here.

I am very disappointed with my experience shopping on Walmart's online store. I ordered a product that was supposed to be delivered by June 2nd. Since I don’t live in the U.S., I had to return home on June 4th. Unfortunately, the item was delivered four days late, after I had already left. I attempted to request a refund, but Walmart informed me that my situation did not meet their return policy requirements. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.I believe I have the right to a refund, as the product was not delivered within the promised timeframe. However, Walmart informed me that my case does not meet their return policy requirements. The price is $20 over msrp. Once it arrived, I realized all the card packs in the box were loose. I havent opened it yet, but I know that the ONLY way these packs can be loose is if the box was opened and re-sealed. I also noticed the plastic wrap is really trashy around the box.
