was skeptical about purchasing a trainer box online but crossed my fingers and went for it. the delivery was right on time and the product was packaged very well. overall no complaints. very pleased with the purchase.

I was suspicious at first from some of the other reviews but once the etb (elite trainer box) came it had everything as listed glad to save some money as a Walmart employee.

my child was very excited when it arrived. everytime anyone goes to the store they go straight to the area where the cards are kept only to be disappointed there is none there.

The person is rude and is a liar. He did not want to help and laughed that he took repackaged the item. This reseller is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM! He repackages everything. I got nothing but opened packs!!! I even opened one and had nothing but energy cards! Also cards were scratched. Horrible service and horrible person for charging so much and repackaging! I am a parent and I saw this happen in front of my eyes to my child.

Hi! I brought the Pokémon card at Walmart online and the elite trainer box seems to be opened before. The order number is 200011390754970. It has the wrap around the box but after I opened it, there is booster pack has been opened before and also a bag without anything in it. Also, after I opened all 8 packs (one pack already opened), I did not get one single rare card. It is really unusual. So I am wondering if this box has been opened and then sealed and then sell to the customer. I just want to say this is very dishonest for the store to do this. I’m not sure how and why it happened but it affect a lot of my shopping experience.

Empty ETB seller refuses to give money back

Super disappointed when I received this order today and opened the box only to find a Scarlett and Violet base set ETB and not the Paldea Evolved ETB I actually ordered. Won’t be buying from Walmart anytime soon.

Sealed from pokemon center ETB broken . I buy and collect sealed pokemon product and was disappointed with the lack of packing safety material used. Not trusting to buy again online.
