Dishes are nice, but customer service is lousy. I had a broken plate, and didn't want to return a full box, so I followed the instructions included to get a replacement. Unfortunately, they just continue to give me the run around in hopes I give up. Below is the message I continue to get with any correspondence: "Hi , we have replied every Messages,please check the spam. We are terribly sorry for the damage. Could you please do us a favor offer us order number first? Would you mind looking at the instructions inside the package and telling me the part number of the broken part? So that I can reissue the new part to you accurately.If possible, Could you please send us some photos to show the situation? Looking forward to your reply. Sincerely, Customer service team"
