Poland Spring is our family's favorite water. We buy it regularly because it has a clean, fresh taste and feels very smooth to drink. Everyone in our family enjoys it, including the kids. The water always tastes refreshing, especially when served cold. We trust this brand and keep coming back to it because of its consistent quality and great taste

Missing Bottles
Box was damaged. It appeared to have been opened and then taped closed. Also, there was supposed to be 24 - 23.7 oz sports bottles but there were only 20, and one of the bottles was a 16 oz that had been opened. The sports bottle cap should be wrapped so that the buyer knows that they haven't been tampered with. Other than that, the Poland Springs brand water is very good. It has no aftertaste at all and is very refreshing when cold.

Delivery Needs Much Improvement !
Your delivery system needs to be improved. This past week you delivered twice. Although you will skip the next delivery and you gave me a $5. credit I still have an extra four 5 gallon jugs cluttering my garage. Other than that we are happy with the water.

This item was never received by. Fed Ex claims a person by the name of DDANNY signed for this package. No one at this address by that name. (Neighbors either. ) Someone is lying here. I received a refund from Walmart for which I am thankful but I was highly counting on this water since it’s very hard to get in Florida. Now the price went up and Ian highly disappointed. FedEx has get their act together
