Really cools off the foot/ankle. Wish I could wrap ankle a little tighter. When the instructions say no loner then 12-20 minutes---they are serious.

Great for sprained ankle
This product is light weight and stays cold long enough to sooth the pain. It has a generous number of straps, so it can be adjusted to fit other limbs and joints.

The name Polar Ice is correct it does get very cold.

Ankle fracture
This boot worked well. It didn't stay as cold very long. It suited the purpose though as I wanted two so I could change them out. I had another one that wasn't like this one and it fits better .

Not as good as it looks.
This product is horrible. It's too stiff to conform to the shape of your ankle. It doesn't allow the cold to get where you need it. Do yourself a favor
