I am still having difficulty returning this product. I have sent email, and spoken with a Walmart customer care person. I was told i would hear from polar within 48 hrs. I have not heard a word. It did not say this product was not eligible for return before i purchased. The item online says i have until feb. to return, when i start a return process, That is when it say i cannot return . My husband does not want this particular watch. I want to return it. Tina B
