walmart please never stop selling these. you're one of the only places that sells them ; the i-type film 8 pack. i love this film so much. the only other place is sometimes amazon but they overprice it like crazy and it's not as good quality. best buy also overprices it and it's always a 50/50 chance they'll be out of stock there. so thank you walmart for having my back. only once or twice was i unable to get the film from walmart because it was out of stock. besides those times i've had pretty good luck. thank you walmart, truly. sincerely, a photographer who loves this film so much
Old school and retro. It's fun watching the kids use their Polaroids and be amazed at how the photo develops. Petty cool to watch their reactions in this digital age. I gave the price 3 stars. However, I do understand that film in general is pricey these days. It's worth buying the larger pack so you pay less money per photo.
I love the vintage allure of the Polaroid I-type. always love those, and think I always will. did you know that these kind of photographs record the light with a paste? its such a cool technology. I have a 1st gen I-type but the latest model looks good too. I am no photographer and the kind of whimsicle pictures I've been taking with friends are really just for us. not even facebook knows whats on those pictures. Definitely get into polaroids if you like that pre-digital pre-internet vibe.
I've been shooting film for 20 plus years and I am so grateful there is another way to get Polaroids. You simply can't judge the film by the original. I keep this film in the fridge and that helps to keep it fresh! I highly recommend if you are interested in shooting film.
We have had this camera type for 8 years and sadly we lost the original. I'm so excited to have this again. We don't print our digital pictures so each one of these are one of a kind and even more fun to display throughout our house.
i like the i type better than the 600 . its a bit more clear.
Most color photos on the film seem to be wildly distorted in color and require exceptionally perfect exposure to print correctly. I'm not sure if this is a, "Me," issue, or what -- But I have been using it with the Polaroid camera sold at Walmart, and I just haven't had good results. The Back %26 White film works wonders, however.
The film I received was improperly stored and essentially resulted in expired film. I took my camera to a repair shop just to validate that my rollers were clean and working, which was confirmed. Meaning that the issue lied with the film itself likely being left in the heat.
I never even received my order. It was a gift for my girlfriend and I had it shipped to my parent's house, along with the Now Gen 3 Black B%26W Film Bundle (8 Photos). I never received the film or the camera.
Overall satisfaction, one star because I've never received the product everything else the reviews and stuff online we're good so I gave you guys five star stars
