There's no doubt in my mind that after I brush my teeth and cleanse my aligner with the paste that it's super clean and bacteria free. The proguard and retainer paste had a lovely mint scent. I used a pea sized amount on my appliance and scrubbed with toothbrush. I used a new toothbrush with this as the instructions stated to not use the paste in the mouth. Next I rinsed my appliance and noticed a completely clean feeling that left me feeling more confident than my usual products.

Honestly, the only thing that would work at this point is getting new retainers. I got this free to try from Influenster and it was worth it
