Product was received (within 3 days) and packaged very well. Pretty easy to set up (even though I am not Tech Savy) - then getting use to how the remote and the system works - "Wow" I am extremely pleased for my purchase. Crisp clear voice and the surround speakers adjustment is easy to calibrate per your room atmoshere. (vaulted ceilings). I swear you could hear a gnat sneeze in the background. Lastly, so far so good and I hope per reviews this Polk MagniFi (Flagship unit will last. Best hookup is the EARC or ARC. I didn't have to hook up othe HDMI cables to DVD or other units.
This is one of the best sound systems ever.crisp clean and clear,The bass is room shaking and the price perfect glad I purchased this if you can get this you won't regret it
