It's just OK, I am an H and the H received had two small diamonds instead of one big one for the bar in the middle and doesn't look as good as the photo online. I wish I returned it but it's too late now, as I didn't like it as much but thought I'd get over it but I haven't. I did email customer service who said there's no guarantee it will look exactly like the photo.

After purchasing at LC auction at least 8 initial pendants, this one is disappointment as the diamonds are so small. It must have been a return from a previous buyer. The initial "T" was also below expectations, looking like a lower case T.

I won this item at auction for $37 and order cancelation due to "quality" per customer service. Realized not received and reached out and told customer service item still available in clearance and asked them to honor original winning bid. Was told the item was no longer available at auction unless it was won again via auction for the $37 and then they would honor auction price. Obviously, the item is available and not defective or it would not be available in clearance or back on auction site. seems that you just don't want to honor the low price at auction and keep up your end of sale by saying you cannot because of quality yet you are still selling the exact same item. . . DO BETTER!
