My granddaughter wanted Polly pocket adventure calendar so bad! I couldn't find it anywhere in stores or online. I decided to check Walmart once again and lo and behold there it was! She has loved Polly Pocket ever since playing with Mom's Polly Pocket from back in the day. Thank you for making her wish come true

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Polly Pocket Advent Calendar is just incredible! Definitely designed for children 4 years and older. It actually comes with 31 pieces. Once all the 24 compartments are opened, this leads to a fun creative Christmas village scene! The scene is made of sturdy plastic, along with the dividers and doors. This does require some adult assembly. On the section dividers are little studs that hold the the little trinkets in place! This is a big plus! Keeps them firmly in place when playing. It's bright and colorful and attracts attention. The people's arms and legs move, that allows them to sit in the car, or on a chair. There are so many different set ups for this set, plenty of pieces and just needs a little imagination! My 4 and 10 year old granddaughters just love this!

My daughter loved opening a new accessory for her Polly pocket friends each day, and especially loved that at the end the calendar is a play set house! That was definitely the most fun and practical part of this set, and a great way to package without waste! Would definitely recommend this set.

One of the best part of this advent calendar is the plastic gingerbread house instead of just a cardboard playhouse, making it durable. It comes with two Polly pocket dolls and best of all, a lot of fun accessories. It is a 24 countdown calendar, making the anticipation to Christmas at bay. This little house does not take up a lot of room. If you are traveling, this would be easy to transport. This calendar was an instant hit with lots of squeals and giggles. It would also be a great gift to give on Christmas Eve. I would definitely recommend this.

Some are just filled with cheap plastic parts that don't change from year to year, others really do vary from one set to the next. Well, put this calendar in the latter category! My daughter recently discovered Polly Pocket toys, and is obsessed. As a parent, I love the way she plays creatively and makes up her own adventures. Which brings us to this advent calendar. One of my favorite features is that it's not just a bunch of trinkets or toys. After the holiday season is over, the calendar itself transforms into a house, so the play can keep going! I also like that each day is in a sealed compartment of its own, so the pieces don't get mixed up and fall to the bottom of the calendar. She'll really enjoy this set, and it will combine seamlessly with the other Polly Pocket toys she has. Highly recommended if your kid likes Polly Pocket!

The fact there is a surprise a day and then could play with it after was just wonderful. Since it was not the holidays yet we will wait to open all the little pieces until then but was able to get a sneak peek at what was included and was impressed with the variety. My daughter will be able to use this along with her other Polly Pockets for endless play and imagination.
