Poly Edge E350 IP Phone and PoE-enabled

I purchased the Poly Edge 350 phone through Walmart and was shocked to receive TWO phones with NO power cords. What kind of vendor removes essential parts and expects customers to spend another $15 on Amazon just to power the device? This is dishonest and unacceptable. The moment I received the phones, I asked my IT guy to set them up—and of course, he couldn't. No power cord, no installation. What a joke! I tried to return them, but Walmart made everything 10 times harder. Their customer service is a disaster. I spent hours on the phone trying to explain the situation, only to get nowhere. Walmart clearly doesn't value its customers anymore. From now on, I'll only be buying from Amazon and Costco—places that actually care about customer satisfaction. This experience was enough to completely lose my trust in Walmart. Save yourself the frustration. Avoid this vendor. Avoid Walmart.

This phone comes with NO power adapter. Once you receive this phone, you will need to buy a separate power adapter and wait longer to use it.
