Great buy!
Just what I needed to plump up my daughter's deflated bean bag. This 16 oz. size is perfect to top up an average size kids bean bag, with some to spare. I'm glad I did not get the larger size. Great instructions on how to fill with minimum mess bcos of static on polystyrene beans.

The filler is great I refilled two big Joe chairs with two bags plus a small chair ! I am very pleased !! I am ordering more for future my grand daughters love their chairs :)

Plastic pellets
I used these pellets to fill my rifle range bags. Very light weight, and much better than sand or rice.

This product met my expectations. I liked that the actual Styrofoam balls were bigger so it filled up the bean bag and gave it more structure. Make sure to make a funnel out of poster paper to easily refill the bag .

Great for packing; not for chairs
I've made lots of bean bag chairs since clear back in the 70's, for my children and their friends and now my grandchildren and their friends. I've tried everything on the market for stuffing them, so I consider myself an expert on this topic. Styrofoam puffed 'peanuts', no matter what shape or size, will compress down with weight applied to it. Believe me, you don't want to go through all the time and expense of making a bean bag for a child, teenager or adult only to have them bring it back to you for a refill a few weeks later. Been there and done that! My favorite stuffing for bean bag chairs is shredded rubberish foam (sorry, can't remember what its called). Google for a wholesale source for it. No matter what you end up choosing to use to fill your bean bag chair with, be sure to make an inner bag of inexpensive fabric like muslin to put your filling in because your outer fabric will get dusty and dirty and need to be laundered. Now, back to THIS product... Its great for packing and shipping items that you don't want to get broken .
