[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They fit amazingly, lightweight, great value for money, comfortable to wear ,doesn't leave marks on my face or ears from where the headphones sit .
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poly Voyager Focus 2 is an excellent choice if you want a reliable, comfortable headset for long workdays. The noise cancellation works really well, helping you stay focused even in busy environments, and the audio quality is crisp for both calls and music. It's easy to use thanks to the smart sensors, and the charging stand adds real convenience, no more hunting for cables. The battery life is impressive too, comfortably lasting through a full day of calls. Overall, a solid, professional headset that delivers comfort and performance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very light in weight . Good quality and the control system is excellent. I was happy with the battery life and it's quite durable. Wasn't too happy with the material though but it seems the only issue was not what I expected.
I had the old plantronics version of this headset for several years before it started falling apart on me. I looked for a replacement, saw that HP have since acquired the brand, and bought it from them. So far the headset has worked well overall but it has a few warts. I'm using the charging stand and the usb-c dongle connection. My main appreciations: -mute button right on the mic is excellent and works every time -headset can be work either direction -teams integration works even over VDI, which pleasantly surprised me my quibbles: -on/off switch location is blocked while the headset is on its charging stand. HP should have switched the ANC and on/off switch locations IMO -one of the best features of the plantronics version was a rotating volume adjuster. this version has mushy, hard-to-find, + and - buttons instead, for a much worse volume-adjusting experience -I can only get music-level quality audio while the windows sound settings window is open. no idea why. as soon as I close that window, quality drops. not a big deal, but weird. audio quality also drops on calls, but that's fine as it is still voice-level quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My partner uses these for work and gaming! They are great value for money, the sound quality is great too! Easy to use and setup We would recommend this product to anyone that uses teams
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headset is quite functional and the sound is crystal clear to work with the laptop, specially if the speaker on it isn't very loud. However in my opinion, the volum of the headset could be a bit wider. The headset has active noise cancelling, in three different positions, being the second the most cancelling. It also has a microphone to attend calls, which can be muted if required. The headband is made in metal but flexible enough to adapt to the head comfortably. To connect the headset to the laptop, a usb dongle is needed to be connected onto the laptop as otherwise it won't create a connection. This usb connector is supertiny and very easy to be lost. The headset can also be connected to a smartphone directly on Bluetooth, but only to smartphones. I also tried to connect it to my smart TV and it didn't work. I feel a bit deceived because of that. I bought this headset with the stand charger, which is very practical to leave them on it, so it'll charge when not in use, but at the time of truth is not really needed. If preferable, it can be charged only connecting an usb-c cable, which comes included in the box. The headset also had an power button. As a great idea, a case is also included in the box, which has an internal tiny pouch for the tiny usb connector, inside a zipped pocket. So all the needed is always packed and keept together. I find this very practical to travel too. The headset is completely wireless and the earphones can be turned to be keept on the case comfortably.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a good bit of kit, very handy to be cords free and the battery life is good. The range is also excellent and the audio is clear. They're quite comfortable to wear. Sometime they take several seconds to connect once turned on, would be great if they had auto standby as if accidentally left on overnight, sometimes the battery goes flat.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headset is extremely comfortable, and the noise-canceling microphone is honestly impressive. I can do chores around the house—dishes, laundry, etc.—without interrupting calls, and it's wild that people on the other end can't hear any of it. Background noise is filtered out exceptionally well: heavy dog barking comes through very faintly, while lawn mowers, robot vacuums, phone rings, and people chatting nearby are completely blocked out. I've been using this headset daily for over four months, connected to my MacBook Pro M1 for team calls while working from home, and the performance has been consistently excellent. Battery life is fantastic—I've never had it die during a call, which has been a recurring issue with other headsets I've owned. I simply put it back on the charger after finishing a call and never have to worry. The headset also offers great customization options, making it feel future-proof. Features like automatically answering calls and muting the microphone during conference calls are incredibly useful once you take the time to configure them to your workflow. My only real complaint is the ear cups. The leather becomes uncomfortable after extended use, and my ears tend to get sweaty. I'm also concerned about long-term durability since the ear cups aren't replaceable, which ultimately limits the lifespan of the headset due to normal wear and tear. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this headset. It delivers excellent performance, reliability, and thoughtful features, and it's well worth the money from a reputable company.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say, the Poly Voyager Focus 2 has totally leveled up my work-from-home or in-office setup! I spend way too much time on Teams calls, and this headset makes a huge difference. First off, the noise canceling is amazing. I can't hear my colleagues when in office, or any background noise when at home. My coworkers say my voice sounds super clear, even when I'm in a noisy space, so the mic is definitely doing its job. The battery life is superb. I can go a few days without charging, and the little charging stand makes it so easy to pop it on when I'm done. Also love that it connects to both my laptop and phone at the same time, so I can switch between calls and music without fussing with settings. It's also really comfortable. The ear pads are soft, and the headband doesn't squeeze my head. I've worn it for back-to-back meetings and totally forgot I had it on. What I like: • Amazing sound and mic quality • Super comfy for all-day wear • Great noise canceling • Long battery life What could be better: • A little bulky to travel with when hybrid working If you're on calls all day or just want killer noise canceling for focus time, this headset is totally worth the money!
The headset feels super tight event when I adjust and I have been getting headache even with 30 min of use . Mic is not sensitive to dictation .
