My Go-To first aid cream!

MeganT May 21, 2026

I love Neosporin Polysporin. I keep this stuff on hand at All times and keep it in my travel first aid kit as well. It is calming and smooth as it sinks into your skin and heals quickly. I use it with every bandage change and after each cleanup. It helps all small wounds heal quickly and effectively while avoiding infection. This is a must have product!

Top choice antibiotic

CrystalR June 27, 2026

I used this ointment when I cut my finger to help promote healing. It went on smoothly and prevented infection from happening. It was not sticky and did not cause the bandaid to side off like most ointments. I would rate it a 10/10.

great healing aid for open wounds

clytn December 24, 2015

I shaved the pad off of my thumb, almost to the bone. The bleeding eventually stopped by pressure. At first, I used Neosporin under a non stick pad and a finger guard. After a few weeks, I was able to use Neosporin under a non stick band-aid. It has been one year now and even I, cannot see that there has been damage to the thumb. I am very pleased with the quality and speed of healing I received by using Neosporin, compare to other dressings I have used in the past.

Better than store brands

AmandaP March 17, 2026

This stuff is great. I found the store brand didn't work as well for my scrapes and scratches. I take immunosuppressants so I need all the help I can get.

Amazing !

LaurenM March 24, 2026

Great for all skin types! We use this everyday in office and it helps promote skin healing. Apply as needed and in my years of working in the medical field we had little to no reaction.

It works

ReeseR April 12, 2026

Very smooth gel that is easy to apply directly to skin or onto a bandaid. We usually apply directly to the skin. Doesn't sting and any access is easy to wipe up.

BrittanyS April 9, 2026

This is a must in my household! I seem to always find a way to cut or scrape myself up either outside or in the kitchen. Being in the healthcare/ER world, I definitely recommend In every household and emergency kit

Good product. The consistency is thick with a smooth texture. No greasy residue. The packaging is easy to open and apply. From my experience the absorption is daily quick.
