The set is everything that one could ask for. Solidly made and the color (gray) is fantastic. The only thing that I would recommend is that you come up with some kind of protection for the bottom of the chair legs to help with its durability from dragging or pulling of the chairs for sitting, I would definitely buy from you if you come up with something for the chairs

Truly a great product. Delivery was quicker than expected and the boxes were neatly secured on a pallet. Assembly was easy with the simple instructions. Love the color and comfort. The poly wood is sturdy and will likely last for decades. We love the dinning set and the high top bistro table and chairs we also bought. Thank you.

Our new Polywood 6 seat dining table fits perfectly on our deck. The quality is high, so well fabricated and the connection points are strong and perfectly fitted. While each piece is heavy, the effort required to put the pieces together was manageable. Very pleased!

We compared a lot of brands before selecting Polywood. The warranty and pricing were far above the competitors considering the workmanship. The ease of putting the legs on the table and the arms on two of the chairs were above expectations. The design and durability are outstanding! Would recommend heartily!!

I'm pretty sure this set is going to outlive me by years. Sturdy and very heavy. Looks great and assembly instructions clear. Only complaint was the chair arm screws that had threads on both ends. Still have a blood blister where the little rubber cover wasn't great to get the one end started

We are very impressed with the ease of setup and the high quality construction/materials. I also appreciate that the table and chairs don't get hot in the sun. The color, texture, and overall finish are very impressive and the perfect complement to our outdoor space. Highly recommend also adding the custom Polywood seat cushions!

My brand new table top was replaced because it was rattling and the planks were uneven. I received the new one and it's not rattling, but the planks are still uneven. . I'm not going through the headache of replacing it again. It wasn't easy. HOWEVER, if it gets worse I will put in for another replacement. I really love my table and umbrella though.

We've added a couple of tables to our existing Polywood furniture on our patio. There were several holes that were not fully drilled out on the pub chairs and there were a couple of holes not there at all. We had to drill these holes out to get the screws in. Seems like a quality control and inspection issue for you. Also, the phillips head screws for the pub chairs have very light weight heads. If you really have to put alot of pressure on them, they strip out easily. We had to go the hardware store to replace 1/2 dozen of them. We do love the furniture and it is wearing really well in our AZ heat.
