Absolutely amazing fragrance! Also from placing the order and delivery was phenomenal! Thank you Walmart! Great price too!
Beautiful, unisex, powerful. I get strong juicy start of clove and blackberries (?) , it then develops into soft musk with a little spiciness. One of the best JM colognes when it comes to longevity and projection. For me, it's the ultimate Autumn fragrance, one of my staples for more than 10 years now.
Smells as beautifully fresh yet not too sweet nor masculine as the pomegranant fruit. All Malone scents mix well together but this one most often prompts people to ask, "Oh that's lovely, what are you wearing?" Great for older women instead of heavier, powerdery scents of our mothers generation.
This is my favorite fragrance. It's warm and spicy but has that bright note of pomegranate which helps lift it. It's a very sexy fragrance and I think it's perfect for night time (although I love it so much I wear it during the day). Also, the longevity of this is very impressive.
I was introduced to a guy at a party and, before I got his name, I was wowed by his smell. It was a powerful and intoxicatingly potent scent of sensual dark wood and heady spices. He told me it was Joe Malone's Pomegranate Noir. I tried to remember the name but could only remember the word Pomegranate when fruitlessly trying to find it. I knew someone who knew the guy I met and asked her to contact him to ask what cologne he had been wearing that night..He told me and I bought it. Never have I searched so hard to find a perfume, but it hijacked my nose with such a force, I just had to get it. Now people ask me what is that gorgeous scent you are wearing!
When I first tried this, I loved the scent just not as a cologne. It seemed too sweet and fruity and simply not the sort of thing I wear. Recently I received a sample of Pomegranate Noir cologne and I've found that I actually really like it! The sweet fruitiness quickly dissipates, leaving a wonderful spicy, woodiness that I love. This is now definitely on my wish list.
This cologne is DEFINITELY my signature fragrance- just wonderful on its own or layered with Orange Blossom or Mimosa & Cardamom. I've used so many fragrances and none of them makes me feel as Pomegranate Noir does: Calm and collected and at the same time playful and light-hearted. My dear husband gave it as a Christmas gift a couple of years ago and since then it's my go-to cologne. I've also got the body lotion, which leaves a wonderful trail on clothes. I always keep coming back to this cologne- although I am very fickle with fragrances. Pomegranate Noir just clicks with me! I feel elegant whenever I wear it. It's also my power fragrance for big work events.
This is probably my 8th or 9th bottle of Pomegranite Noir which is my favourite scent. It may well be my skin type but with the last 2 bottles I'm finding that the fragrance isn't lasting so long. This scent typically is very strong and that's what I like about it. However recently after a short while of spraying I can't smell it on me anymore. I've asked my friends and husband and they also say they can't smell it. May have to try a new fragrance.
This is nothing like anything I've ever smelt. The smell reminds of the seeds you get in the pomegranate. It's not overly fruity and not sickly sweet which are things I hate in a perfume and that woody smell is what stands out and stops it from being sickly. This is very strong and long lasting so I would say is more suited for night time and autumn/ winter although I have used it in summer day time as well - I just found it too strong for day wear.
The perfume doesn't smell as good as the description.
