Pomegranate Noir by Jo Malone for Women - 1 oz Cologne Spray

When my signature scent of 8 years discontinued, I was thrown into a pit of despair and panic! Wandering aimlessly around the perfume counters, spritzing myself senseless and walking away full of disappointment. The following day at work, my colleague breezed past me, leaving me in the trail of her scent! I followed her like a puppy smelling fillet steak and demanded to know what she was wearing ...... need I say more? My love affair with Jo Malone & Pomegranate Noir began......

Pomegranate Noir is a modern classic. A stunning first fragrance if you are new to Jo Malone, and for those of us who are lucky enough to own a range of products (including some of the new or limited edition fragrances) Pomegranate Noir is always a fragrance that I come back to time and again. It layers beautifully with other Jo Malone colognes and body creams and I always receive compliments! A Jo Malone purchase is my affordable luxurious treat.

A person at work had a sample and drew people like a magnet. " What's that amazing smell" was heard throughout the day. I rushed home and bought it for my wife. She knowa I love her and in this case actions speak louder than words. This is truely scentsational. Rush to buy it as fast as you can.

This cologne is DEFINITELY my signature fragrance- just wonderful on its own or layered with Orange Blossom or Mimosa & Cardamom. I've used so many fragrances and none of them makes me feel as Pomegranate Noir does: Calm and collected and at the same time playful and light-hearted. My dear husband gave it as a Christmas gift a couple of years ago and since then it's my go-to cologne. I've also got the body lotion, which leaves a wonderful trail on clothes. I always keep coming back to this cologne- although I am very fickle with fragrances. Pomegranate Noir just clicks with me! I feel elegant whenever I wear it. It's also my power fragrance for big work events.

I have been using this fragrance for over ten years.From time to time I have tried other fragrances but always return to Pomegranite Noir. I am amazed by the number of people who comment on the fragrance and ask what it is. Both my daughters now also use it. My recent purchase was for my younger daughter to wear on her wedding day.

I've been a Jo Malone fan for years! Some of my favorites are Myrhh & Tonka, English Pear & Freesia, Besil & Neroli, and Wood Sage &Sea Salt. I believe this one will quickly become a favorite as well! Often times with perfumes/colognes, you can only smell the top and mid notes soon after applying, but with this one, you can really smell all the notes throughout the day which I love...the fruit is not too fruity, the floral does not smell like grandma, and the woodsy smell is not overpowering, it's like sitting with a new love on a crisp winter evening with pomegranate cider by a pinion wood fire.

This scent is so addictive and wonderful. My sister has this scent in her collection and I became immediately hooked. I love the fragrance with it's spicy undertones and can smell it for quite some time after application. I would recommend to anyone who is into spicy fragrances. Even though it's not listed under 'spicy' perse, I think most everyone who uses it would agree it is on the spicy side.

Never been much of a perfume fan, so when I bought this I was really excited and wanted to find something that was going to be bold enough to be my signature scent. This definitely delivered. It is strong and bold, but still very delicate. It is such a sexy, confident, womanly scent and I love wearing it out in the evening. It's great for the day time too - I just spray a little less. And a little definitely goes a long way with this as it is so long lasting. I was pleasantly surprised that despite it being a fruity scent, it wasn't overly sweet smelling, but rather slightly musky and refreshing.

I was treated to this product by a friend for my birthday and now I am totally in love with it. I have worn Chanel for years and to find another perfume that I like equally as much is amazing. I am getting lots of compliments too, especially from my husband. Win, Win. xx
