This product has been easily available for decades. It has stood the test of time. If it were not outstanding, it would not have been a family favorite for generations. Love it!

I love Ponds Cold Cream and as annoying as it is to have the buy the fragrance free version online, I would do so again. It's much more expensive online :(

There is a reason that this one has remained as stable for generations. It simply works. Melts away everything, this is a powerhouse for breaking down heavy foundation and stubborn waterproof mascara. It melts makeup on contact without the need for harsh scrubbing. I have sensitive eyes and I found this formula to be very gentle. It doesn’t cause that stinging situation that many liquid removers do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually love Ponds but I was disappointed. The product applies easily to the face and helps dissolve the makeup, but it doesn’t come off easily. I had to rinse my face 4-5 times just to get it off. It has a powdery smell which I didn’t like.

I like cleansing balms to remove my makeup and I didn’t find this one did a great job and then it was also hard to remove with my normal cleanser. I haven’t found a cleansing balm I love but currently the elf cleansing balm is the best I’ve used so far. I would not suggest this.

I heard that ponds reproduce its famous cold cream and I want to see if it’s worth the hype. I’m super disappointed. I hate it as a makeup remover! It does not rinse off after breaking off makeup. These oil based cream should’ve emulsify with warm water but this doesn’t. It becomes an oil film and does not come off no matter how I rinse. A washcloth has to be used to take it off but I can just use micellar water if I need a washcloth. And it doesn’t clean as well as micellar water After wiping it off I use micellar water on my face again to see if all makeup was taken off and turned out it didn’t!!! I’ve tried many different ways to use this as makeup remover and it just cannot take my makeup off entirely!! Total waste of money should have stick with micellar water

Bought this item specifically because it stated it was the fragrance free version in the listing. They sent me the one with fragrance and now I have to go through the trouble of returning it. People are allergic to fragrance. They really shouldn’t be sending an item containing fragrance if it claims to be fragrance free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this as part of my nighttime routine and while I loved the moisturizer, I could not get behind the cleanser. It felt so grippy on my face and almost felt like it was repelling water. I had to double check the instructions to make sure I was using it right because it left my face feeling like I had a ton of grease layered on. I’ve tried it with and without make up and I still got the same results so this is a product I will have to pass on.
