The furniture is beautiful, I love it, it looks great in apartment and the price was in my budget but customer's should be made aware that the furniture needs to be assembled. This is the first time I ordered furniture online but now I know. I would definitely tell friends and family to shop here when looking for furniture

Poor Quality. Cheaply Made.
Couch and loveseat are on the small side. Cheap, poor quality. They look nice, but won't handle every day use by a family long term. Cup holders in loveseat are very small. Pull down cup holders in couch larger, but very cheaply made. Be wary of the return policy from this company, even if item is damaged or defective. It'll cost more than you paid for it.

I requested a refund because I did not think the quality was worth the value. The company responded immediately, offering a 10% discount. I turned down the offer and requested the refund information. I did not receive a response. I have tried several times to contact them but nothing! It just shows they are only in it for the money and not customer satisfaction!
