First off, I am an older adult who has put together hundreds of pieces of furniture, workout equipment, etc. This product was so well packaged and not a scratch or ding on the components. The quality control is nearly perfect. I just had one caveat that the ipad mount appears to be crooked. I have reached out to support on the issue. I have not had a chance to put it through a test run since you're suppose to wait 12 hours for the pedal locktite to cure. From my assembly experience and the overall look and feel, it appears to be very sturdy and of good quality. If I run into any issues after I break it in, I will update this review. With what I see so far, I would definitely recommend the Cycool Exercise Bike.
great bike with good quality
The exercise bike is great. the delivery from fedex sucked really bad! find another delivery service. they were out on delivery 3x, then not, delayed 2x for days, just 10 miles from my home, as if they didn't have a clue.
Took a month to arrive package was damaged missing main parts dented and scratched all over can't even use it or call waiting on an email back
