I love this machine, works well, love the different settings. Total body workout! It is also easy to move around. I would buy again and have encouraged my daughter to buy one. I put it together by myself and I am 68. Great product!

Easy to put together and we are seniors! It's very quiet which we were looking for and works quite well. We bought this just to try out a rower and see if we really wanted to spend the money on an expensive one. The only reason to spend more money is to get greater resistance but that will be awhile for us:) The only con is the seat is not comfortable but I plan on getting a cushion which you apparently need for all rowers.

Easy to use

Great rower! Easy and quick to build. I love that it has both the rower function and strength training. I also use it for some Pilates reformer exercises. Wonderful product. It has reinvigorated my goals to exercise regularly.

There was a little more assembly then I was expecting but this machine is great. Compact and dual function.

The machine was somewhat easy to put together. Pretty vague on some of the steps. Now that we have had it for a couple of weeks the machine has been in use every day and is smooth as butter when rowing. 30 - 45 minute sessions set on 8-10 setting is very realistic like rowing on the water. Only knock I would give are the foot pedals are not locked into place and move when rowing preventing you to get maximum results for leg work out. All in all a good buy to get in a full core body work out. We'll have to see what kind of longevity we get out of it.

Very good resistive strength trainer

It sits lower to the floor than expected, the cords on the back for arm exercises get in the way, and you almost have to put it together based on the pictures because the worded directions are written in broken English. Also does not provide enough tension, even on the highest setting.

Haven't gotten to use this yet, because the pre-drilled holes in the system for assembly don't line up. Not going through the trouble of re-packaging it to send it back. Now I'm stuck waiting for my husband to find time to fix it for me.

The one bar is welded on the wrong end and cannot be put together. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband.
