I have tried a bunch of different lights over the years and this is easily the best. It's bright enough for a 24' pool, I did buy a second for more coverage, but could see anything with just one. Seems well sealed and offers multiple mounting options. No cords since it's solar is a great feature.
I had been seeing the online advertising for this light for quite a while, and finally decided to give it a try. Have to say that I'm very happy with it! Light is bright enough to light up our entire pool, the changing colors are a great option, and the solar power lasts a long time. Great value!
Glad I got this review so I can remember to order a second one. EVerything they said. It is cool. Super tired of half drowning while I try and change the bulb in the pool, this is so much easier.
Very bright. Work great. Above ground 27' round. Used 2 lights, borderline wanting a 3rd, but 2 work. By far best product to light up your pool.
This was easy to assemble and lights up most of my pool every night just from solar power. It sticks to the ground very securely.
very easy to install. I have only had them for about a week but so far i have only had them for about a week but they are totally reliable and cut on automatically every night and turn off after 4 hours, though you can turn them back on for longer use. Love them. i do wish they would have sdded a hot pink color though. Only other think that was a minor issue was that the bottom light part that connects to the solar panel, when you connect them by pushing the solar panel onto the light part they didn't want to snap together as well as they should. i got them to snap together but one of the snaps doesn't pop out and snap as tightly as it should. But mine is still working okay and the lights are beautiful and pretty bright.
We've had the solar lights for about a month and a half and are very impressed. We have a free form older gunite pool with obsolete fiber optic lights that would cost a small fortune to fix if we could even find someone to fix them. We purchased the extended warranty because it was so affordable. Oh one mention our pool has a curved ledge we needed to place a small brick under the light to raise it up. Also we found we can't run the dolphin vacuum while the lights are in the pool the vac will pull them in..our solution run the vac during the day we take the lights out and set them aside, not a big deal. In the evening we drop them in and the auto skimmer. Our pool has never looked so beautiful.
The reason for my review is only to say that if your inground pool has round coping then don't buy it. It needs a flat surface to work properly.
If you plan on using this for the metal frame pool attachment, DON'T DO IT. Immediately after tightening the attachment to the pool, it snapped. Completely broken. I'm having to get creative with a zip tie now. The light is decent, but the plastic frame is giving low quality 3d printer material.
First few days I wished I had bought more but then one stopped working and within 3 weeks neither worked.
