The machine is easy to use. I was having trouble updating the for the cloud, and KANE GAO, Technical engineer, was very patient and walked me through step by step until it was set up was compeleted. Sincerely Cassandra

WARNING do not ever buy from Swing Design!! I purchased my Poolin EOC06 thru Walmart and had no idea it was a third party shipper, I received a clearly refurbished machine that out of the box never worked! When opening up the bobbin there was red greasy thread all stuck inside the casing. There are scratches on the machine and the stickers are missing. I have reached out 6x with photos and videos and they continue to draw out the messages to put me over the 30 days Walmart issues refund. This company is a fraud and is telling me to use my warranty when all I want at this point is to return a machine I have never been able to use and receive a refund! Buyer Beware of this company!
