This bucket is definitely built well enough to get the job done. It's a lot more robust than plastic scoopers. My only complaint about it would be that it's unstable, and the bucket will not stand on its own, so it has to be leaned against a wall or laid down. Obviously the same goes for the shovel. In any case, our scooper has already taken a lot of abuse and has held up quite well. I would recommend this product.

My son finds this scooper easier to use than the rake one we purchased at a pet store for way more money. The only reason I didn't give it all 5 stars is that the bucket is a little small (perfect if you only have one dog - we have 3).

Haven't used it yet but, the shovel seems a bit small; compared to the one I was used to using.

The handle is 29.5 inches, the description says it stands at nearly 4 feet. Well 2 foot 5 1/2 inches is more than a foot and a half shorter than that. I would also say the metal base is flimsy and the handle is half as thick as a broom handle. Also they shipped it in a box half the size of my refrigerator, what a waste of resources!

This particular scoop and shovel is sub-par quality at best. Handle is too short for average adult, so you need to stoop over to use. Shovel, its not a shovel its more of a spatula which spreads what you attempting to pick up. Shovel should not be included, a rake is much more appropriate Again quality is poor. I r

I have ordered these types of scoopers for the past 10 to 15 years. Mind you I am 5'1”. The handles on these are so short! They are designed for a child's height!

The length of the handles are shorter than they should be - bucket size is nice but for a taller person this is not the one to get
