Received literally the day after I put in my order. You need to refrigerate mold clay, then follow ALL instructions. Which are very clear, easy and includes the return labels. I'm only waiting on my order number after shipping back to see how long they will take (2 weeks the latest). Until UPS picks up package or you go to a drop off location, keep the molds in packaging in your refrigerator. The 2 %26 3rd molds fit the best, and how easy and fast everything was. I am so excited to receive my new smile.
I was impressed with how easy and quickly the process went. I am pleased with the results. I look forward to seeing how the last. But so far it's a great experience.
