Helps with sweet cravings, no longer empty calorie
Taste better than the original. So nice to have a little sweet treat and feel full after eating eat instead of empty. It's still loaded with sugar but if you're gonna give in to the cravings it's at least worth the protein instead of simply carbs and sugar. Will buy again.

Great for Busy Mornings
I struggle to get enough protein especially in the mornings. Now one of my favorite snacks is loaded with extra protein. These are great to grab before work or school. They taste very similar to the original strawberry pop tarts with a hint of protein powder. It's small enough that I don't mind it.

WE NEED MORE LIKE THIS!! 10 Stars!
These are freaking delicious. They don’t cause my blood sugar to crash and are an easy on-hand item. I wish more less-than-healthy stuff was like this!!! But really, the flavor is as good/better than the original. And the protein is undetectable to this very picky autistic human.

Pop tarts have always been one of my favorite breakfast meals. Now, I can have the additional benefit of protein. These are delicious.

Getting a 6 year old to eat more protein is a challenge but she loves these. Great for when you're running out the door and need something quick.

Surprisingly worse
Regular pop tarts have 4 grams of protein for 2 . These have 10 grams for 2 . So you're only getting 6 grams of protein extra . Still same amount of sugar and calories but the taste is ruined to be honest . I thought it was such a little change in protein that you would not taste it . But the taste is noticeably way worse

These didn't taste good at all. They had a burnt kind of taste and very dry tasting. Will never buy again. Everyone in my family wouldn't eat that after one bit

Bad chemicals taste
I couldn’t even finish my first and only bite. The chemical taste is bad! I was really hoping to like these, maybe another flavor will be better.
