These are super yummy, doesn't taste exactly like snickerdoodle cookies, but delicious, nonetheless. WARNING: After heating, poptarts become, especially soft, and fall apart easily, which will either land in your lap, down your shirt, down your cleavage, on your baby bump, or non-baby bump, as well as pieces falling to the floor, couch, seat, oe wherever you eat it...so unless you don't mind crumbs and/or chunks in or on one or more of those places mentioned, then I suggest you eat this over a plate...
Probably the best pottery flavor on the market
These are actually pretty good. With that said, I also prefer unfrosted pop tarts. If you want icing these aren't going to be for you. But they have a nice suddle filling flavor (it really is almost apple pie flavored) and not overly sweet.
I really love the taste it's like a yummy pie filling and I like the no frosting, but they are broken before I open or they crumble in the toaster. Maybe a thin glaze would help. Fix the crumble!
I love Snickerdoodles but these don't taste anything like them. They really don't have much taste at all.
Coming from a HUGE snickerdoodle fan, I couldnt believe they were in pop tarts!! My joy stopped after first bite, though. They taste NOTHING like snickerdoodles!!! More like extra dry graham cracker with a HINT of cinnamon. Definetly need to work on this recipe!!! And this is coming from someone that every morning working on Mainstreet at Disney I stopped and bought a warm fresh snickerdoodle cookie and someone told the head bakery chef. He found out where I worked and at christmas brought me a bag of warm snickerdoodles with the recipe for making them at home! I thought I was in trouble because we weren't supposed to do this, but I couldn't stop. To smell them fresh out of the oven made my mouth wa
Vile. I was hoping that these would be amazing. I had high hopes. So much so, that I bought 2 boxes. Now, I have 1.75 boxes of Snickerdoodle PopTarts in my pantry. Upon opening the package, I knew I'd be disappointed. The pop tarts were crumbly. The first bite cemented my opinion. The filling is sticky and flavorless. Just save yourself the money and disappointment, buy a different favor
wrong item. i ordered strawberry poptarts!!!! not happy at all.
These seriously need to be removed from the store shelves and recalled before they set some poor kids home on fire! 🔥 I have made three pkgs now and every time one of each pkg broke in the toaster!! And I'm talking crumbled broken leaving a horrible sticky mess behind!! They are to thin! I can't help but think how many kids are making these when mom and dad are not home and this happens. How are they going to get the rest of it out of the toaster? Will they know to unplug the toaster before trying to dig it out with a knife or fork? And what happens when the gooey residue starts burning and smoking the next time they use it? How many kids will panic and pour water in it?! How many will be punished for stinking up the house with the burning goo and crumbs before their parents realize it was not their fault. It WAS the fault of the rich, greedy Poptart company trying to make an extra 2¢ a box! Of course this is all just my humble opinion. PS It's a shame how many people will never buy this flavor again and it will probably be blamed ON the flavor and not the fact that they are just to thin and delicate to even get out of its packaging in one piece without taking special care. The sad truth is that this is one of the best flavors they've ever had IF you can get em INTO and OUT of the toaster in one piece!
Boyfriend said these are the absolute worst Poptarts he'd ever tasted and now they are going to go to waste because they really are that bad. He even tried to make them at least a little more edible by putting them in the toasted and putting butter on the top of them. Nope still awful....
