Popeye Leaf Spinach, 13.5 oz., Can

This spinach is tasty and easy to eat just as is, out of the can at room temperature. We occasionally put it into individual littles bowls and add some balsamic vinegar. Serving it in individual bowls avoids the need to strain it first. A little salt could be added but is unnecessary. Boiled egg slices are a nice addition. Yum!

After eating this product, I always feel better. Maybe it's Popeye's presence on the can? It appears to be a healthy food product. I need to eat more greens and this helps me improve that. The taste is great. I enjoy eating it and my body appreciate it too!

I love this spinach. Most other brands are mostly water! With so many recalls on fresh spinach, this is a wonderful option! The cans are full . Most other brands are mostly water. Not this one! I drain it well put it in the fridge in a plastic container. When I want to make a quick omelette I add my other ingredients and mix it up, pour it in my omelette maker and in a couple of minutes it's ready! Enjoy some. It's great for you!

Popeye is a good tasting spinach. I like it hot with a little vinegar on it. The juice is so delicious, sometimes I think I could drink a jar of the juice mixed with vinegar. Usually, I eat the spinach by itself, but it is also tasty with tomatoes or mixed vegetables. This spinach is densely packed, so it is equivalent to a lot of leaf spinach, and I don't have to worry about it wilting or going bad before I eat it up.

Best canned spinach I have ever tasted. There is also a %2310 size can available which can be used for families or portioned out and frozen.

I can eat this straight out the can but I do heat it with my dinner. I love this spinach and can eat it every day. I am looking for a few recipes I can add this to.

This is a good product. Good value, tastes great, it's great nutrition for your diet. I recommend this spinach to add with your meals. Eat your vegetables it's very important to maintain good health.

This is the hardest to find at any grocery store. Walmart has it on the shelf. Great taste and the kids love it too. Bought 2 cans and will go back and get more. Taste great. Good flavor. Don't know why it is so hard to find at other stores. Guess it is because of the crop that was destroyed.

this spinach is very good considering it's canned. i have used frozen spinach that was a far less quality. if you need more than mushy pieces of tiny spinach then DEFINITELY GET THIS CANNED TYPE!

I ordered fresh pot pie spinach but I got canned spinach but I guess I'll use it but next time the guy needs to look and see that it's fresh spinach on the list.
