I loved it! it's easy to use fun definitely recommended if you want to move your body. especially if you have hip mobility issues. you feel sore the next after 1st time use. only because ive not hula hooped in years. its not heavy. my 7yr old uses it with ease.

I got two of these for my granddaughters who need to move more. They love them and learned how to use them in one day. I am so happy for them. They are 9 and 11. I think the 3 pound weight will help them more. They're exercising and having fun hooping with music playing!

This weighted hula hoop is a larger size than a regular hula hoop. I was surprised when it came in a small box, but it goes together quickly and easily. It has really good padding on it and his fun to use.

I have used weighted Hulu hoops for years! I can spend hours watching tv doing this. Gets your waist tiny with a nice 12 pack effect! Highly recommend!

Love this hula hoop much more than I thought I would! It's a little heavy, but that will be helpful for calorie burning.

I like this traditional hoop, I am not a fan at all of the new hoops with the ball. This is more of a workout for me.

For the price point, it is a very good option. It was a little difficult snapping the pieces together, some easier than others. Once together, it worked fine. I'm a good hula hooper so I didn't have any problems. Start slow a few minutes at a time and not more than 10 minutes until you get used to it. You many feel a little bruised the next time you use it, that is why you need to start slow. 3lbs is a good weight for me, any more I would get bruised.

Ridiculously large which makes it hard to use inside. Does hurt when you start using it and leaves you sore after (but not in a way that feels like you've used muscles, instead just like you've been punched a million times). Wanted to like it but think I'll just stick with a regular hula hoop.

I was shocked when the hoop came in a box. I didn't even bother giving it to my niece as a gift, I returned and went with something else. Any kink in a hoop won't work well, I didn't want to chance it

This hoop is HUGE! It's pretty easy to assemble but the foam covers slide, causing small gaps which pinch when you use it. Not very practical at all.
