I baked these with corn flake crumbs, seasoned with black pepper, minced garlic clove, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and Italian seasoning! So tender and delicious.

Good Buy
I have yet to receive bad meat from my hemet Walmart. I have online ordered meat for 3 years and the shoppers and delivery drivers do a great job. The prices for pork are pretty fair and the meat is tender in all the recipes I've used.

Delicious
The pork carnitas were great and easy to make in a crockpot. Going out to eat is getting too expensive and preparing meals in a crockpot is so simple. The price of this meat tray was very reasonable.

If you want a tender piece of pork after cooking…….this isn't the best choice. Flavorful but tough!

Bait and Switch
It did not look at all like the picture on your website. It was so full of fat and connective tissue that I threw it away. I am thinking of going back to Albertson's.
