Pork Center Cut Loin Chops, Bone-In, 4 count, 1.51 - 4 lb Tray

These are really nice center cut chops! I had bought before and was disappointed but after some time I thought I'd give them another try and I'm glad I did. They're all thick center cut so they can be stuffed, a great value for the price. Will definitely buy again and the larger pack is just as nice.

Can be a bit expensive, but what isn't these day. Pork chops are one of my go to meal. One way that we enjoy them is I make a rub of brown sugar, smoky papriks, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper and Italian seasons and coat both sides of the chop and let the set on the baking pan for about 30 minutes so the seasoning blen really get in to the meat. Bake at 375 until you reach 175 degrees. Enjoy!

For center cut loin chops we were pleased with the flavor and ratio of meat to bone just not as lean as previously purchased packages. Hand trimming was a little off as we're used to getting spoiled by the butcher department. Everyone's entitled to a off day. Let's call it the center cut loin chops mulligan.

These pork chops are easy to season and cook; however, they are always tough. Really tough. I've been cooking pork chops for many, many years and cannot comprehend the downward change in the quality of the meat. Meat is a big part of our grocery budget, but it has become a waste of money when we can't eat what we buy. Walmart is too big to sell sub-par meat.

very unevenly cut. thick on part thin on part. very heavy fat on the chops too. i would never have picked these myself. i got other meat the shoppers just grab and run. best one is always put on top so you can't see the bad cuts underneath. last meat i'll let them pick. everything else is always great.

One package was absolutely beautiful in appearance! The other one, even though it wasn't expired, was darker in appearance. I would appreciate it if the shoppers would make choices based in appearance in addition to the expiration date! You'll please your customers better.

These were too thick, and too big. 2 of the 4 had the other parts of the "pork chip", also not what i wanted. All of them had a very thick amount of fat all the way around. Some ppl may like this, but it was not the kind I would ever want. Perhaps they should be labled diferently. You had a package that was "thin", but i just wanted regular chops.

I am usually very happy with my meat purchases from Walmart but these were nasty. They looked really good but tasted very spoiled. I cooked a nice dinner and we were unable to eat the main course. If I could have left a negative 5 star I would have. There is no excuse for spoiled pork chops.

I ordered the 1.4-2 some pound pack and got super huge chops that were 3.55 pounds. I didn’t order the large pack and these expire in two days. I bought meat for the week and both expire the next two days when I’m not even going to be at home. I just started using pick up because I was worried about this happening. The other shoppers did well but this is terrible!
