These are perfectly portioned little pork steaks for when you want a smaller serving of meat. Packages I receive tend to range from 1¼ to 1½ pounds with an average of 6 steaks. Grilling is my favorite way to cook these, but they're also pretty tasty pan-fried and oven baked, and they always come out perfect when cooked in my airfryer.

I am obessed with the quality I dont usually buy alot of meat. Especially steaks but I was able to get two meals out of it. The cost is reasonable for what you get.

I love porksteaks, n these are great. Tastes, value for price. I slow cook in oven ,seasoning onions,mushroom..Tender !! n i can eat them , I dont have any teeth..lol.

Makes great pork chop sandwiches! Very economical

I enjoy pork and these are a great choice for me. Price is reasonable, they are thin cut and with four in the pack that I freeze individually, I can defrost one in the fridge before I'm out the door in the morning. After work, and living alone with my two Chihuahuas, the last thing I want do is make a complicated dinner. So while I pan fry one of these beauties I whip up a salad. yummy Dinner done.

i didn't know what pork coppa style steak was until i bought it. it was too lean, so it was not as tender as i thought it would be
