Pork King Good Original Pork Rind Crumbs

As someone who likes using their air-fryer once in a while to make food, this is a perfect substitute in my opinion. It does tend to burn a bit more than regular bread crumbs but, that is probably my fault for not trying different temperatures while cooking. they thing is that even burnt they taste great so I don't really mind :) The size is also quite big, I could probably cover around 3 kilograms of chicken breast with one of these. Would definitely recommend buying and experimenting with things.

This has become one of my most often purchased items. I use it in place of bread crumbs in carnivore cooking. It has an almost neutral taste which is what I prefer. Ground pork rinds pack down so you get a lot in the jar. I find this brand to always be fresh tasting.

These taste great. They are a great option to replace breadcrumbs in recipes if you are following a low carb diet. So many uses for these. Minimal ingredients and the quality is outstanding. The size of the package is good and I like the container instead of a bag. I will definitely reorder these.

I used this for breading on my scotch eggs…it worked well and tasted great. The product smells a bit porky, but that makes sense. I think it's pretty good quality, and certainly much better value buying from iHerb than any other online retailer that I've checked.

I love fried chicken and this pork rind crumb is such a great replacement for panko bread when making Korean/Japanese style chicken tonkatsu. To enhance the taste, I combine the crumb with shredded bread crumb and I honestly feel less guilty when eating fried food. My family didn't notice that I used pork rind and was shocked when I told them.

Never used pork rinds but I made keto scotch eggs and they were pretty good! I used this and chedder cheese to coat the egg wrapped in mince beef and they came out nice and crunchy

Very convenient for use in recipes or coating without flour. So much easier than grinding them yourself and I think a little more finely ground than if I do it myself.

This is a high quality product. It is ground quite fine and evenly, making it ver easy to use. I prefer the taste of the unseasonably as I like to add my own. I would purchase again.
