Love this product for making meals lower in carbs. I use this instead of bread crumbs in meat loaf. Also makes a good breading for frying chicken etc. great product.

I bought these ranch pork rinds just to try the different flavour, and as I've tried this brand before and have always liked it I didn't think I could go wrong. I've been using pork rinds as a substitute for bread crumbs and I thought these would be a nice change. I wasn't disappointed. These have dry milk and buttermilk in their ingredients so maybe not a good choice for those who have a milk intolerance, not sure. But I made oven fried chicken nuggets just by dipping cut up chicken breast into beaten eggs and then the crumbs and baking them in the oven and I couldn't believe how many my grand kids ate!! Highly recommended

I love the ingredients in this pork dust! Just pork! It tastes amazing in foods that require breadcrumbs and is easy to use out of the package container. Size is decent for price. I recommend! It beats grinding up your own chicharrones or pork rinds.

It makes more sense to use a product like this than a lot of gluten-containing products. And it fulfills everything. You can make mozzarella sticks with it, you can make chicken nuggets, you can make anything. The size is big and the Package is nice. The taste is delicious.

This grain free product is awesome! I use it on chicken or shrimp in the air fryer with an egg wash first. The food is crispy and tasty. Does not taste like pork to me.

These were great, already ground, so just measure and add to recipe. They also have a very mild smell and flavor. Some pork rinds can smell a bit funky. But these do not.

It's not the same as bread crumbs or panko, it gets a bit soggy. It's OK as a reminder of what fried food might be. As long as you know it's not going to be exactly the same it's not bad.
