I love ❤️ ribs so much. I hadn't have in so long, as prices have gone up so much. But i decided to splurge and was so happy I did. Wow they were so yummy and so tender. I always boil these ribs for a while. Then i cook them in oven with the bbq sauce. 😋 🙌
I love these country style ribs! I brush them on both sides with some time of sauce %26 cook them in my air fryer. Delicious! I've always used John Boy %26 Billy Grilling Sauce that I ordered with my groceries until the remodeled the store %26 made a whole aisle a sauce aisle! And they stopped selling my John Boy %26 Billy Sauce! I don't understand that at all.
I'm from the South, so every once in a while I just have to cook some pork and rice, with greens and black-eyed peas. These ribs are the right size, have a nice flavor, just the right amount of fat, and are easy to cook. I don't eat a lot of pork, but this one is one I'll remember next time I get a taste for that southern recipe.
This is probably one of the better pork at Walmart other than the Smithfield brand Pork Spare ribs which is also good. But honestly, overall, Walmart meats are no good. Smells rancid a couple times and the meat is tough on top of it being expensive. Walmart needs to improve and do better with the quality of their meats - especially Pork and Beef.
Extremely poor quality. Probably 70% fat and MAYBE 30% meat. I've never had so much fat on Country Style Ribs, even from previous purchases from Walmart. In the past, they've been exceptionally good and a truly great value (no pun intended). I'm rethinking future meat purchases from Walmart.
There was so much fat on this meat it was ridiculous. The fat/meat ratio was 90%-10%. I barely got enough meat off this 4 pounds of meat to feed 2 people! It was insane! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!! It was a complete and total waste of time and money. The taste of the meat I did get was good, but so not worth the time I put into making it.
Really regret buying these. There were big bones, way too many. And most of the rest was fat. Cooked in a crock pot, and when the fat was gone, there was very little remaining meat. Will never buy these from Walmart again. Really expensive when factoring in how much meat we got once cooked.
The last few times I have purchased your pork cut meat. It is just about ready to soil. It has an aftertaste that is disgusting. I will buy my pork my meat elsewhere.
This meat was about to expired %26 it smell bad this is not the first time the meat has been old! Don't think I will be buying meat from Walmart again!
Arrived smelling like a rotting carcass with an expiration date of the very date it was ordered. Returned and ordered more. Pullers at Walmart or the butcher dept should check these things.
