Works great
It's a lite on the seasoning, so I just added more , works great I mix it with equal amounts of grated parmesan cheese. I use a very lite layer of mayo as binder ( works better then egg ) I've used to make fried chicken, chicken Parmesan, and fried pork chops.

If you are doing low carb or keto this pork rind ( bread) crumb is fantastic. Does taste or smell like pork rinds. Use as coating for chicken, pork chops, fish etc. Use just as you would bread crumbs. Excellent taste and texture. I would highly recommend it.

Best "bread" crumbs every!
Makes the best pork chop coating and substitute in meatloaf. Great way to cut out the carbs as a diabetic and it works well when I bring dishes to family that are gluten free

You just gotta know how to use that. chef's kiss
I love this, all you need is to add a little bit more Italian seasoning and it's perfect. I get my chicken, soak it in egg for a few mins , then on a separate bowl I add the breadcrumb . I put mine in the air fryer for about 10/15 mins on 375. It's perfect with wraps. Low-carb tortilla tomato, lettuce, ranch bacon, and you're done. It's already seasoned and salted. There's no need to add more salt btw highly recommend

Interesting...
It might seem odd to recommend a product that I gave only 2 stars... 1. There is zero discernible taste of Italian seasoning. You can smell it but not taste it. 2. The texture is really weird, even for pork rind dust. 3. The BBQ one is the same as the "not being present." With those things being said, what is actually fun about this stuff is that it fries up like a champ, whether in oil or an air fryer. So, buy one and see what you think, and know that it affords you the ability to season up into whatever floats your boat!

NASTY!!! I took one bite and tossed the food. The taste is nasty and the aftertaste exponentially worse.
