We live in a townhouse with central air. The system we have is not big enough to push all of the air upstairs so we sweat to death at night. We've lived here for seven years and it's been seven years of miserable summer sleeping. I set out to purchase a portable air conditioner, without having to spend $400 or $500. I came across this unit and was just hoping for the best. I am amazed! Within than two minutes of turning it on my very large master bedroom was almost too cold. It can be felt out into the hallway and across into my son's room. I would 100% recommend this product!

this unit is phenomenal period! it works Great! the only thing is providing you live in a high humidy zone - it'll be SO MUCH Smarter to 'Simply add on to its 18" water drain hose / i hook it to the top drain (theyre 2 - 1 at top %26 q at bottom) I have the top drain pipe (for now) inserted into a 2 gallon bucket = YOU BETTER NOT Let it overfill (a minor to a major POOL is inevitable) if you dont 'Simply Keep it drained' t B ats why - I 'HIGHLY Reccomend' install a no tough drain line - And forget about it! -This is my Favorite of 3 Portable A/C's- Great Luck - Great People

Easy setup and it has auto off unlike my old ac. My old air conditioner would just blow all the time. This new air conditioner shuts off at at set temp and then comes back on on its own. Easily cooled 3 rooms from 80 to 72 in about 2 hours. It's very quiet.

Great portable AC for the price! It cools the room quickly, runs quietly, and is very easy to set up. I really like the sleep and dehumidifier modes, and the remote control makes it super convenient to use. Perfect for hot summer days — highly recommend!

This air conditioner really blows !!!! I set it to the coldest setting and I had to leave the room..Works better than I expected...I'm amazed. The fan really moves a lot of air and the room cooled down quickly. The unit is quiet and didn't bother me watching the tv. I recommend this unit and will probably purchase another shortly. The unit also arrived very quickly. So far I'm very pleased.

Got this unit to use in small/medium bedroom and it has been awesome! Install was quick and easy. Getting unit turned on and running was a breeze and the room was cooled down in around 5 mins! Unit shipped and arrived sooner than expected, always a welcome surprise! I will be purchasing another unit for office space!

Ordered a 10000btu and received a 6000btu unit. Not what advertised.

I actually had a bad experience with this unit and reached out to the manufacturer's support team they offered no help….and the manufacturer warranty was non existent with the product, they did send the manual that has a QRCode that is supposed to link you to the manual but it doesn't, the QR code only with a translation choice of Chinese or English . So I believe this not a good purchase for me.
